Slotted weights and castings meet ANSI/ASTM E617 hardness and surface roughness requirements and are free of cracks, pits and sharp edges. Each weight above 2 kg/5 lb have adjusting cavities, weights under 2 kg / 5 lb are adjusted by removing material from the underside of the weight. Weights 50 kg / 100 lb and have two handles on opposite ends to aid in lifting. Weight Hangers are calibrated to a mass value and may be used as part of the overall slotted weight under test.
